To execute the set strategies on product and market development for the Key Accounts, carry out promotional and cross-selling initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Optimize the use of available resources across the unit in carrying out assigned duties, to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality
- Participate in designing new products, including e-business, using insight from Sales and Marketing to client/market needs
- Take adavantage of all cross-selling opportunities with all SBUs and organise cross-selling campaigns
- Prepare compliance reporting and respond to compliance recommendations
- Review and resolve complex problems with insurance data or system configuration
- Participate in market analysis and primary and secondary research initiatives
- Create data base for the product lifecycle and identify trends or patterns in product demand or profitability.
